A PowerPoint Presentation is provided by the company Microsoft. PowerPoint's don't always require internet connection. PowerPoint is a complete graphics package. Slides are added by the user to form a presentation. The slides can be moved and rearranged into a particular sequence. Notes can then be added to help the speaker elaborate on his/her notes for additional guidance. A presentation is usually presented by one who is speaking to a larger audience.

Structure of a PowerPoint

1 Introduction Slide- Includes the title of the presentation, a date, and the presenter's name.

2 Outline Slide- Contains a description of what you will talk about (rank information)

3- Content Slide(s)- These slides cover detailed information based on your outline.

4-Final Slide- Make a final point or justification, as users will remember the last piece of information spoken about.

5- Presenter will thank audience for taking the time to listen.
